Driver qualification file

The file FMCSA expects for every CDL driver you employ: application, MVR, medical card, road test and annual reviews.

Who needs it: Every carrier with drivers, including owner-operators who drive under their own authority.
When: Before the driver's first dispatch, then a new MVR and annual review every 12 months, and a medical card renewal when it expires.
What we need from you: Driver application, license copy, medical certificate, previous employers and the date of hire.
If you skip it: Missing driver files are the most common audit finding and feed directly into a Conditional rating.
