Registration, driver consents, queries and consortium enrollment for the FMCSA Clearinghouse.

Who needs it: Every employer of CDL drivers, including owner-operators, who must also enroll with a consortium.
When: Register before hiring. A full pre-employment query for each new driver and a limited query for every driver once a year.
What we need from you: Company and driver details, a designated consortium or third-party administrator, and driver consents.
If you skip it: Without queries your drivers cannot perform safety-sensitive functions, and it is an audit finding.
